When placing your order, please include your preferred date, cake size, and main details.
If you have ideas for decoration, filling, toppings, or a custom design, that can also be discussed — all such details are confirmed by message before payment.
Once your request arrives in my email, we go over all the important details: the date, size, design, pickup or delivery option, and the final total.
If the design or extra decorative elements require additional work, that is also discussed in advance and included in the total amount.
Only after everything is fully confirmed will you receive an invoice for payment.
Work on your order begins only after full payment is received.
If you need delivery, the delivery cost is simply included in the total order amount.
You receive one invoice with the final total, without a separate extra charge.
After payment is received, your order is prepared for the agreed date.
If any changes or unexpected situations come up later, additional details can be discussed separately by message.
Pickup or delivery takes place at the agreed time.
Please make sure your order is received on time, as homemade cakes and desserts have limited freshness.
If an order is not picked up within 24 hours, it will be considered canceled.
This is because I work only with fresh homemade products that are not intended for long storage.
