My name is Olga. I am a professional chef, and my journey began in Donetsk, Ukraine. That is where my love for cooking, baking, and the special feeling of bringing warmth, beauty, and joy to people through food first began. Donetsk is Ukraine, it is my hometown, and in my heart it has always been and will always remain Ukrainian.
If not for the war and the invasion of Russian forces, my life might have taken a very different path, and I might never have had to leave my home. But through pain, change, and relocation, I held on to what mattered most — my roots, my love for my craft, and my desire to create something genuine and beautiful for people.
After Ukraine, Poland became an important part of my journey, where my skills continued to grow and become more refined. It was there that I deepened my understanding of flavor, ingredient quality, careful presentation, and the level of work I now describe as European quality. For me, this means attention to detail, honest ingredients, clean flavor, precision, and a high standard in every creation.
Today I live in the United States, but I carry that entire journey into my work — a Ukrainian soul, a European foundation, and many years of professional experience. I am a professional chef, but at this stage of my life, I feel especially drawn to creating cakes, desserts, cookies, and homemade baked goods. This is where I can express myself fully, bringing together flavor, beauty, warmth, and care in every creation.
Since approximately 2015 to the present day, I have continued to refine my craft. It is important to me that every dessert is more than just something sweet — it should be beautiful, fresh, delicious, and made with heart. In every creation, there is the story of my journey, my love for what I do, and the quality I want to share with people through my desserts.
